Keeping Our Seniors Engaged and Socially Active

Singapore is one of the fastest ageing populations in the world. By 2030, one in four Singaporeans will be aged 65 and above. Such significant demographic shift and social transformation would require the whole-of-society effort to tackle the challenges confronting an ageing population and enable our seniors to age well.

We hope to support the Healthier SG initiative and Age Well SG programme by the Singapore government to empower seniors in the community to stay active, healthy, and socially connected. On this front, we have specially designed three categories of activities that are suitable and relatable to the seniors to keep them engaged.

Feel free to reach out to us to further discuss how we can work with your senior activity centre / active ageing centre / nursing home  / day care centre / senior-centric organisation to bring some of these activities to your seniors. We can also customise programmes based on your requirements and advise on the available funding which your organisation can tap on to conduct these activities.
