Clay Sculpture 面塑

Using clay to knead into the shape of animals

Cutting paper with the use of scissors to form Chinese characters and animals

Created from a single knot and decorated with other auspicious accessories such as beads

Carving Chinese characters to use it as a stamp or seal

Painting an artwork using a straw and the air in your lungs

Creating an expressive artwork using beans

Chinese Painting 水墨画

Using brush dipped in black ink and coloured pigments to create a painting

Chinese Calligraphy 书法

Applying brush strokes to write Chinese characters

String Puppet 皮影

Made from attaching the body parts of the puppet using paper fasteners and creating movement using strings

Cloth-paste Painting 布贴画

Created by cutting cloths into shapes and pasting them together to form a three-dimensional embroidery
