Hands-On Activities for Seniors

Engaging in the Arts can help improve seniors’ physical, emotional and psychological well-being. Art can be therapeutic, opening their minds and allowing them to express their creativity and emotions. Through participating in hands-on activities, seniors will be engaged in small movements, thereby enhancing their coordination and motor functions. Creating art also helps keep their brain active.

We hope to bring these activities to senior activity centres, active ageing centres, nursing homes, day care centres and other senior-centric organisations to engage the seniors. We have specially curated several hands-on activities for the seniors.

Our instructors are registered under the Ministry of Education's Art and Music Instructors Scheme.

We also offer the "Artist-in-Residence" programme where our instructors are assigned to your organisation to conduct these activities on a longer-term basis, such as six months or 1 year.

Feel free to reach out to us to further discuss how we can work with your organisation to bring some of these activities to your seniors. We can also customise programmes based on your requirements and advise on the available funding which your organisation can tap on to conduct these activities.
